About the project
PayGradeIQ
Public compensation, read plainly.
What it is
PayGradeIQ is a pre-launch project for a public-facing catalog of government compensation records. It is intended to help citizens and job candidates inspect source-backed pay and help public-sector leaders explore compensation-study requests.
How the catalog works
The catalog currently has no employee-level compensation records. When records are published, the intended standard is to show source, jurisdiction, reporting period, and pay basis. Salary is not presented as total compensation, and percentiles require a documented method and comparison group.
Operator
PayGradeIQ is the project name. No legal entity, named team, or home base has been provided for public identification. This preview is not operated by or affiliated with the City of Houston, Harris County, or Montgomery County.
Contact and requests
The study and data-partner pages are currently paused and do not accept or store contact submissions. No monitored company email or phone number is published. See the Privacy Policy for the current data-handling status.
