Privacy Policy
Public contact, study, partner, and waitlist submissions are paused. This page describes the current preview behavior; it is not a finalized privacy policy. The legal operator, governing jurisdiction, privacy contact, retention schedule, and effective date have not been provided.
Information processed
The public pages do not currently accept email waitlist signups or study and data-partner contact forms. No contact information is collected through those forms while they are paused. Information submitted before the pause may remain in the private Prospects table.
The app also sends page-view metadata to Teable, including the page path, browser referrer, viewport dimensions, browser language, and page-load timing when available. The page-view request does not include form-field contents.
Use and access
The app does not display Prospect records publicly. Any earlier submissions in the private table may be accessible to authorized project collaborators and platform services needed to operate the app. The app does not send form acknowledgements, launch emails, or submission notifications.
Service providers
The app and its database are hosted through Teable. Page-view metadata is sent to Teable's app tracking endpoint. No separate email delivery service is configured. Teable may use infrastructure providers and operational backups under its own service terms; this preview does not provide a complete public subprocessor or backup-location list.
Retention and deletion
No automatic retention or deletion schedule is configured. Earlier Prospect records may remain until an authorized project collaborator deletes them or the project is removed. Platform backups may follow Teable's separate retention practices.
Requests and choices
There is no monitored privacy email or self-service process for access, correction, deletion, or waitlist opt-out requests. Do not send personal information through this preview. Public submission forms will remain paused until a monitored contact route and the handling process are established.
Operator and policy status
PayGradeIQ is the project name displayed by this preview. A legal operating entity, mailing address, governing jurisdiction, privacy contact, retention period, and policy effective date have not been provided. This operational notice does not replace a complete, jurisdiction-specific privacy policy.
